We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join tomi’s remote team. As a BD Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding tomi’s presence in the blockchain and Web3 space. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and adoption of our decentralized products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with tomi’s vision.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the Web3 and blockchain space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, developers, and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and product goals.
Represent tomi in virtual meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Track and report on BD initiatives, metrics, and outcomes to optimize growth strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the blockchain, crypto, or tech industry.
Strong network and understanding of the Web3 and decentralized space.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment.
Strategic thinker with a passion for emerging technologies.
