About Labview Development Engineer Internship (6 months):
The Labview Development Engineer Internship within our Test Equipment Engineering team is responsible for developing a new software environment for test equipment of robotic surgical systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and validate software applications using real-time measuring and control test systems, implementing features that enhance user experience, ensuring ease of use, and efficiency for operators.
* Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing & design verification test equipment, including requirements specification, risk analysis, qualification, and user manual.
Work Experience and Education Requirements:
* BS or MS degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, microtechnology, or similar.
* Experience with real-time measuring or testing systems (LabVIEW RT/FPGA or equivalent).
* Experience in a regulatory-controlled domain (medical or equivalent) is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
* Programming skills in LabVIEW (OOP, Actor Framework, RT/FPGA, and GUI).
* Able to read electrical schematics and data flow diagrams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, creativity, and pragmatic skills, able to understand and address user needs.
* Good communication skills and capable of interacting with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
* Language: English.
