About the Job
We are seeking an expert Reseller API Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to our resellers on effectively using and integrating our APIs with their platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of API functionalities, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for resellers regarding API integration and usage.
* Provide expert guidance and support to resellers on how to effectively use our APIs.
* Assist resellers in understanding API documentation, capabilities, and best practices.
* Collaborate with resellers to identify their integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate resellers on API functionalities and updates.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
* Collect feedback from resellers to identify areas for API improvement and enhancement.
* Assist in the development of new APIs or enhancement of existing APIs as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in API consulting, support, or development.
* Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Experience with API management tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
* Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
