As a Business Development Manager at Haelixa, you will be at the forefront of driving our double-digit growth plan in the textile and fashion industry. You will work closely with our Swiss team and report directly to the CEO.
Your mission: identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading fashion and textile brands; you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and driving new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B solution sales and business development, capable of building strong relationships and delivering tangible business impact.
Schedule: Full-time from March 1st, 2025, or another mutually agreed date.
Location: Kemptthal, Switzerland or Hybrid
Responsibilities:
* Gain access to and build strong relationships with C-level fashion brand representatives
* Convert leads and opportunities into customers with recurring revenues
* Negotiate contracts and close sales with target customers
* Identify and evaluate prospects and create strategic action plans
* Collaborate closely with marketing and project managers
* Monitor the competitive landscape, analyse market trends and communicate product feedback
* Document and feed all progress in our CRM (HubSpot)
Requirements:
* Proven track record in scaling B2B businesses or driving significant new business growth.
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in solution-based selling, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* University degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* A strong industry network within textile fashion brands is essential.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex value chains and craft compelling value propositions.
* Exceptional communication & influencing skills, capable of engaging key stakeholders at all levels.
* Hunter mentality—proactive, results-driven, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities.
* Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, consistently delivering on agreed KPIs every quarter.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, or Spanish) are a strong plus.
* Willingness to travel (20-40%) to build relationships and drive business growth.
