Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our newly opening Japanese fine dining restaurant in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for Japanese hospitality .
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Train, mentor, and lead the service team in Japanese fine dining etiquette
Maintain a refined, seamless, and personalized service environment
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service execution
Manage reservations and guest relations with professionalism
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in fine dining or 5 star Hotel.
Strong knowledge of fine dining and hospitality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Fluent in English ; German and/or Japanese is a plus
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
