Responsibilities
1. Training consultation for customers and conducting customer training sessions at SKAN internally and on-site
2. Support in technical training (SKAN Academy)
3. Point of contact for customer training for sales and service
4. Active support in conceptual development and revision of training offerings and formats for customer training
5. Close collaboration with internal experts and departments
6. Travel up to 50%
Hardskills
7. Several years of experience in the service sector within the GMP environment
8. Fluent in German and English
9. Knowledge of French is an advantage
Softskills
10. Communication and motivational skills to convey information clearly and understandably, as well as to inspire and motivate participants
11. Adaptability and creativity to tailor course content and methods to the different needs of participants and to use creative approaches to make learning interesting and engaging
12. Empathy and patience to put oneself in the participants' shoes, understand their perspectives and needs, and give them the necessary time to learn
