Our Global Rewards Department is looking for a Rewards Specialist.
This is a broad HR role focusing on excellence in delivery of Total Rewards on a global level, through digitalization, continuous improvement, design of processes, HR tools and automation. The role supports creation of policies and documentation, is responsible for assisting with the development, management and implementation of remuneration programs, benefits, well-being programs and international mobility.
The role closely works with various internal stakeholders, such as HR Technology, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance/ Accounting, Treasury, Audit, Compliance and Sustainability.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
Executive Remuneration: Assistance with design and administration of executive remuneration programs.
Workforce Rewards: Management of the annual salary review process; ensure pay programs are competitive, leveraging programs through design and communication improvements. Preparation of benchmarks. Improvement of Workday capabilities.
Bonus & Equity-based reward plans: Management and administration of company’s Short and Long-Term Incentives, cash and equity-based reward programs. Improvement of data quality development of tools and systems to enhance reporting and controlling capabilities.
Reporting & Controlling: Creation of year-end reports, preparation of budgets, cost centre analysis, consolidations of accruals vs actuals.
International mobility: Advise business regarding relocation, tax, social security, immigration, international benefits. Preparation of remuneration packages for mobile employees. Working closely with various global service providers.
