Key Responsibilities
* Establish and oversee non-financial annual reporting standards and requirements, leading a cross-functional team to ensure data integrity and auditor coordination.
* Manage sustainability ratings and rankings: Analyze results, propose enhancements, and benchmark against stakeholders' expectations.
* Streamline reporting processes: Develop a comprehensive reporting framework, lead double materiality assessments, and support the implementation of reporting IT solutions.
* Serve as the internal reporting point of contact, providing thought leadership on reporting requirements and training stakeholders on changes.
Required Qualifications
* Masters degree in environmental or sustainability management, economics, controlling, or accounting.
* At least 5 years of experience in industry or consultancy, with proficiency in project- and stakeholder management.
* Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal), with additional languages an asset.
* Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting and rating standards, including GRI, SASB, CSRD, and CDP.
* Able to work independently and be a self-driven individual.
