We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to drive the commercial success of our innovative sterilization products in the veterinary market and identify new opportunities.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Negotiate and close deals, involving necessary company resources.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs in the veterinary industry.
* Participate in marketing and sales events, engaging potential leads.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Use Sales Force Automation and ERP tools to track progress and communicate with the team.
* Analyze your sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Report to management regularly, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device and/or veterinary industry.
* Proven ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
* Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
* Comfortable presenting products and participating in sales events.
* Ability to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Fluent in both French and English, with a valid driver's license.
* Comfortable using Sales Force Automation and ERP tools.
* Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and processes.
