Your Opportunity Location: Stabio (CH)As Consolidated Accounts Specialist, you report to the Group Inventory and TFF Consolidated Accounts Specialist, supporting the team in ensuring a strong financial controls environment and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory requirements.You are a young professional with strong data analysis and communication skills, experienced in working with cross-functional groups and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. How will You contribute As a team member, you are in charge of: Analysis of the Control System; Internal compliance and SOX regulations compliance; Participation in the audit of the separate and consolidated financial statements (prepared according to IFRS principles); Support the Consolidation process related to the Tom Ford Fashion segment; Verification of the contents of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Notes to the Financial Statements to support the consolidation process; Deviation analysis and reporting activities for consolidated accounts and components, supporting the periodic activities about Group Inventory Reporting; Support to thecomponents finance teams in terms of IFRS principles and SOX regulations; Ensure that the controls defined in the ICFR framework are executed and acknowledge the Control owner responsibilities summarized as follows: a) understand the processes, associated risks, and purpose of controls performed b) formalize the documentation related to control execution according to the required level of accuracy with reference to his/her responsibility scope c) retain supporting evidence every time a control is performed. Who you are You are a young professional with high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.You have: Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar; At least 2 years of relevant experience in a medium/large structured entity/Group; Excel skills; Fluency in spoken and written English; Fluency in spoken and written Italian; Knowledge of SOX/262 internal controls over financial reporting and IFRS and Internal Controls testing will be considered a plus; Knowledge of Oracle consolidation tool will be considered a plus; Availability for occasional trips related to new acquisitions, mergers, and training to new finance teams (Europe/Apac/North America). #J-18808-Ljbffr
