Responsibilities:
1. Greet Guests Courteously: Ensure all guests receive warm and attentive service, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
2. Drink Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all menu drinks, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
3. Maintenance and Inspection: Regularly inspect menus and wine lists for condition and cleanliness, maintaining high standards in beverage outlets.
4. Empathetic Attitude: Work with a genuine and empathetic attitude, responding to guest needs and concerns with care.
5. Prompt Service: Ensure efficient and timely delivery of beverages, adhering to resort standards.
6. Cocktail Preparation: Prepare mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks before each service, guaranteeing accuracy and quality.
7. Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B daily activities.
8. Outlet Hours: Familiarize yourself with all F&B outlet opening hours and operating schedules.
9. Upselling: Use knowledge of menu prices to suggest upselling opportunities, enhancing the guest experience.
10. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain clean and functioning equipment throughout the department.
11. Six Senses Standards: Uphold Six Senses guidelines and service standards, consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
12. LQA Standards: Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
