A fantastic role is open for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer - Azure (80-100%) based in Zürich .
In this position, you'll be the primary contact for customers, handling technical issues and queries related to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You'll manage support and operations (1st/2nd Level), ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and email.
You'll also work closely with the product development team on quality assurance and testing of new product releases and updates in the cloud. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in engineering projects.

Responsibilities
1. Inquiries : Handling IT inquiries and incident reports via email, ticket system, and phone from customers or internally.
2. Analysis : Analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming requests.
3. Support : Managing 2nd-Level support for complex inquiries, incidents, and change requests.
4. Resolution : Conducting error analysis and resolving issues in 1st and 2nd-Level support.
5. Escalation : Escalating complex problems to 3rd-Level support or developers.
6. Documentation : Recording and documenting requests and solutions in the ticket system.
7. Monitoring : Monitoring service performance of SaaS solutions and initiating necessary actions.
8. Testing : Assisting in testing new software releases or products with developers.
9. Projects : Supporting projects.
10. Improvement : Contributing to the improvement of support and service processes.
Qualifications
1. Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree and/or relevant work experience in IT.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in technical support focusing on 1st/2nd Level support for Microsoft Cloud solutions.
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Intune and Microsoft Windows 10/11.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure administration, PowerShell skills.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills (methodical), as well as administrative and coordination abilities.
6. Native German speaker .
7. English: B2 level.
Desirable Skills
1. Experience : Experience with an IT provider for cloud solutions.
2. Tools : Familiarity with support tools (Freshdesk, Confluence, DevOps).
3. Certifications : Certifications in Microsoft 365 or equivalent qualifications.
