SPTS - Swiss Payroll & Tax Services Sàrl is a Swiss-based company managed by experts in various fields. We specialize in providing tailored outsourcing solutions, including payroll, tax, and accounting services, as well as a range of corporate management offerings designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.
We are expanding and currently seeking a “Payroll and/or General Administrative Officer” to join our team.
Your Role and Challenge:
Embark on an enriching journey where you'll play a key role in client interactions and business operations. This position goes beyond data processing; it’s about actively collaborating with clients and partners, building strong relationships, and understanding their unique requirements. Your contributions will help us deliver personalized and impactful solutions that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual meetings with consultants, clients, and agencies to understand their needs and aspirations and present them with an optimized solution.
* Monitor the payroll processes, validating the accuracy and completeness of the data.
* Oversee and manage accounting entries, including invoices, purchases, and client payments.
* Monitor changes in social insurance legislation and assess their impact, ensuring compliance at all times.
Your Skills & Profile:
* A certificate in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Swiss certification is a strong asset.
* An analytical mindset combined with a strategic approach to expanding service offerings.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with other accounting tools is a plus.
* Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is mandatory; knowledge of German is an asset.
* A proactive, open-minded, and collaborative spirit, with enthusiasm for teamwork and growth.
