You will be responsible for creating project charters, defining project boundaries, gathering functional requirements, and transforming these requirements into detailed specifications. Your role will also involve breaking down tasks into user stories, overseeing the transition to programming, and managing timelines and delivery schedules. You will supervise all project phases using the Sprint methodology and coordinate all involved resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project charters.
• Define project scope and boundaries.
• Collect and document functional requirements.
• Convert functional requirements into detailed specifications.
• Break down tasks into user stories.
• Facilitate the transition from project planning to programming.
• Design and monitor project timelines and delivery schedules.
• Oversee all project phases using the Sprint methodology.
• Coordinate and manage all involved resources.
Your profile:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (Engineering, Applied Sciences, Master's degree, or equivalent).
• Native proficiency in German or French (C2) with strong skills in the other language (C1); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, precise, and independent working approach.
