We are a constantly growing international financial company, and we are looking for a Finance Application Support to strengthen our IT team in Lausanne.
You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will play a key role in supporting users based on different continents, and in optimising our business application, developed on site in Lausanne.
Your Mission
As a Finance Application Support team member, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage and handle user support requests (tickets, phone calls)
* Identify, analyse, and define the context of requests
* Provide application support (troubleshooting, advising, configuration)
* Collaborate closely with the R&D team
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application by proposing optimizations
* Maintain and enhance user documentation
* Perform non-regression tests
* Train users and advise on how to make the best use of the application
Required Profile
Technical Skills
* 5 years of experience in the financial sector, including 2 years in application support
* Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, both written and spoken) is essential
* Basic knowledge of SQL is needed
* Experience with the IBM i / DB2 environment and Jira ITSM is an asset
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
