Role Overview
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing international sales operations, including order processing, export coordination, and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in French, German, and English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
2. Plan and manage business travel and expense reports for the sales team.
3. Validate supplier invoices and coordinate with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
4. Support the sales team in client communication, commercial presentations, and visit scheduling.
Ideal Candidate
1. 2+ years of experience in export/import coordination, sales administration, or logistics.
2. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and international shipping processes.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
