Key Responsibilities in this Role
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure client satisfaction and patient safety.
* Ensure adherence to Haemonetics policies and procedures, coordinating product returns, conducting inspections, and documenting findings.
* Maintain corporate complaint files for regulatory review and collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements for Success
* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* At least one year of experience in complaint handling and quality issue investigation, preferably in the medical devices industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and French; knowledge of another European language is an asset.
* Initiative, good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently are essential.
* Familiarity with ISO13485 and EU MDR standards is required.
