For our location in Mendrisio we are looking for a:
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Active controlling and target definitions with regard to material availability, resource planning, inventory and cost centre budget
2. Defining, improving and optimizing workflows and processes
3. Creating and amending process descriptions
4. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth processing
5. Actively promote and implement continuous improvement
6. Ensure customer satisfaction
7. Compliance and assurance of quality requirements
8. Identify, comply with, develop and maintain the regulatory and normative requirements of the management systems (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 45001 and EN9100)
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1. Completed apprenticeship in a technical field
2. Completed studies in the field of business administration, logistics or comparable qualification
3. Several years of experience in a managerial position in planning and logistics
4. Knowledge of production processes
5. Solid knowledge in the use of planning tools and software
6. Solid knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
7. Very good knowledge of Italian and English. German will be considered as a plus
8. Strong analytical skills, strong leadership skills, and strong communication skills
