As a Call Center Agent - Legal Intake, you’ll be the first voice our potential clients hear, setting the tone for their experience. We handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting individuals who have suffered injuries and need legal help. This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to provide support, guidance, and reassurance to people during a critical time in their lives. Responsibilities Handle High-Volume Calls with Empathy and Efficiency Manage a fast-paced call queue, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. Listen actively and show compassion while gathering crucial case details from potential clients who may be experiencing stress or trauma. Follow legal intake scripts and firm protocols to determine if a case qualifies for representation. Accurately document all client interactions in Salesforce, ensuring clear and thorough records for the legal team. Proactively follow up with potential clients to qualify, conduct intakes and move leads forward. Qualifications Required: 1+ years of call center experience (preferably in legal, healthcare, or a high-volume customer service environment). Strong ability to handle fast-paced, high-call volume days with resilience. Strong communication and people skills you’ll be speaking with individuals during an important moment in their lives, helping them take the next steps toward legal assistance. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable home internet connection and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. Preferred: Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Slack, or similar platforms.
