Western Europe Regional Business Process Manager ISC
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in Switzerland integrates a number of central functions in the Carlsberg Group: Procurement, Production, Logistics and Planning. ISC manages the brewery network, handles the global procurement processes, sets the global standards for brewing technology, ensures end-to-end planning and aims to deliver world-class logistics and customer service.

Role Overview
The role will be responsible for functional process area within ISC, drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency of processes in alignment with tools and technology. This role will coordinate various functional workstreams and facilitate critical design decisions within the governance for ISC processes and IT programmes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Strong understanding of SAP from a functional perspective and technical skills related to ERP systems.
* Understanding of integrations and 3rd party system applications within the functional area of expertise.
* In-depth knowledge of the Carlsberg/brewing industry and its supply chain processes.
* Proven experience in leading projects, preferably within the IT or supply chain domain.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
* Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Experience/ Education:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management.
Language:
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the ERP implementation project for ISC functions, ensuring alignment with group standards and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure an integrated approach to process and technology design and implementation.
* Provide support and guidance to local business process managers in a matrix organisation within the ISC domain.
* Facilitate critical design decisions and resolve complex issues that may arise during the technology projects lifecycle.
* Ensure that systems meet the functional requirements of the ISC, optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
* Lead the training material preparation and documentation for Levels L5 and L6 process (Activity level).
* Establish testing scope and test scripts within functional area covering own process and securing an E2E process testing approach with other functional areas.
* Develop and maintain project documentation as process design documents including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
* Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for projects, including conducting workshops and regular updates.
* Monitor project progress against milestones, budget, and performance criteria, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure project success.
