Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage team leaders and serve as a liaison for the Operations Manager
2. Review team performance and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff
3. Assist immediate supervisor in coordinating team resources, monitoring team activities, and preparing reports
4. Assist in conducting a regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of the staff
Qualifications:
5. Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
6. At least three (3) years of senior team leader background, with experience in handling peers/other team leaders
7. Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
8. Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
Experience in handling a high volume and/or financial account in a BPO or shared services company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
