Senior Consultant (Transformation and Technology Enablement)
The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will connect operations and IT, inspiring clients with insights on how technology can enhance their workday and achieve their goals. We seek passionate individuals who excel at helping customers adapt to new technologies and explore innovative ways of working.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify client needs and translate them into project requirements.
* Design and implement finance technology solutions that meet client needs, overseeing project phases and activities throughout the lifecycle.
* Proactively collaborate with colleagues across EY, both locally and internationally.
* Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice through co-ownership of client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business, with a strong academic record and at least 5 or 3 years of relevant experience; S/4HANA implementation experience and/or expertise in business intelligence and analytics tools are desirable.
* Significant experience in Central Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Financial Consolidation, Financial Supply Chain Management, or Management Accounting, particularly in the Consumer / Luxury Goods / Advanced Manufacturing industry.
* SAP Certifications in relevant areas, such as SAP Analytics Cloud: Planning or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, are advantageous.
* Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and data modelling, especially in the mentioned industry; consulting experience is an asset.
* Proven ability to convey information tailored to audience needs.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
* Trained and experienced in project and stakeholder management.
* Full professional proficiency in English and French, with any additional language considered an asset.
* Willingness to travel.
