Position Situation:

Main Responsibilities:
The Store Manager is directly responsible for managing their site, supervising and coordinating the restaurant staff. They are also responsible for maintaining the image of the Burger King brand.
1. Customer Service:
The Store Manager ensures customer satisfaction and quality service on their site.
* Implement corrective actions to ensure customer loyalty and development.
* Operate in the field, leading teams during service and intervening at various positions.
2. Operational Management:
The Store Manager enforces procedures within their restaurant, applies quality indicators, and implements necessary corrective actions.
* Comply with health and safety regulations and standards for Burger King.
* Ensure proper equipment functioning and optimal use.
* Monitor supplies and stocks of goods/maintenance products.
3. Team Management:
The Store Manager oversees personnel management in compliance with labor legislation, including contracts, leave, absences, and compulsory posting.
* Supervise and control human resources.
* Manage recruitment, schedules, and performance appraisals for crew members and Shift Leaders.
* Organize training and develop team skills.
* Establish disciplinary procedures with HR support.
4. Financial Management:
The Store Manager manages their establishment's results, analyzing operating accounts and forecasting turnover.
* Develop commercial strategies for profitability.
* Monitor sales and performance indicators.
* Enforce economic regulations (price display, consumer protection, VAT application).
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
