Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) Manager to support its clients in their technological projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing DRP action plans, collaborating with technical teams, designing cloud and on-premise solutions, conducting system tests, managing financial aspects, and leading DRP projects from start to finish.
? Your responsibilities :
* You will develop and implement DRP action plans: Create and execute action plans to ensure operational continuity in case of software failure within the infrastructure.
* You will collaborate with technical teams: Work closely with technical teams to challenge and validate proposed solutions, ensuring they meet security and performance requirements.
* You will design cloud and on-premise solutions: Design and implement disaster recovery solutions, primarily on AWS, while integrating on-premise solutions when necessary.
* You will conduct system testing: Organize and conduct regular tests to ensure recovery systems function as expected and teams are prepared to respond in case of an incident.
* You will manage financial aspects and evaluations: Manage the financial aspects of DRP projects, including budgets and risk assessments.
* You will lead DRP projects: Drive DRP projects from end to end, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* You will apply your network and security knowledge: Have a deep understanding of networks, data management, and security issues related to IT infrastructures.
? Your profile:
* You have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in DRP project management, with proven experience in implementing disaster recovery solutions.
* You possess deep knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud solutions (primarily AWS), and on-premise systems.
* You have strong project management skills: Ability to manage complex projects, work in teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* You have critical thinking skills: Ability to challenge technical teams and propose innovative solutions.
* You hold project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and security certifications (CISSP, CISM) would be a plus.
