What you will do
You will be responsible for contacting existing clients and potential clients who have expressed interest in our products, gather valuable feedback, and promote the company’s offeringsby:
Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and concerns via Call, Email or SMS.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Preparing presentations or reports as needed.
Providing regular updates and address customers’ queries or complaints promptly.
Conducting research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors.
Collaborating with internal and external teams, including sales, logistics, production, to ensure a seamless order process and product delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Completed Graduation
Work Experience of 1-4 Years in a similar role. Previous experience in medical sales or work or healthcare setting would be a plus. Familiarity with the medical device regulations
Demonstrate the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic computers skills
Must be based in the Zurich region and speak German and English.
