EL Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will be part of the Home Solutions team within the Electrification and Smart Buildings Division, focusing on product marketing in Switzerland. Your portfolio will center on Door Entry Systems, with key stakeholders including the Local Marketing and Sales Organization, customers, and the global Product Line. Additionally, you will lead the Home Solutions Partner Program, driving business growth for our Home Automation Solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement product marketing strategies in your assigned area, defining and communicating value propositions and positioning in line with global marketing plans.
2. Achieve product marketing targets, track progress, and develop improvement plans as needed.
3. Focus on achieving order targets and enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
4. Execute the annual marketing plan in partnership with relevant divisions and product groups.
5. Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in your defined market.
6. Lead and develop the Home Automation Solutions Partner Program.

Qualifications for the role
* You have a deep understanding of Go-to-Market Strategies, Portfolio Management, and the Distributor, Panel Builder, and Installer Markets.
* With at least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, you bring a proven track record of success. Experience and proven track record in Business development and strategic Partnerships are a strong asset.
* You are proficient in SAP, MS 365, and analytics tools.
* You are passionate about effective internal and external communication and are a collaborative team player.
* You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; additional qualifications in marketing are preferred.
* You are fluent in German and English (mandatory).
