We are looking for a Corporate Regulatory Manager, who develops the global processes for food regulatory compliance, identifies regulatory developments & risks and provides regulatory support to various projects.
MAIN TASKS: Work with Group & local quality leadership and local regulatory experts, to: Design and improve global business processes for product compliance
Identify and interpret emerging regulatory developments and their impact on the business
Guide the implementation of new regulatory requirements
Provide regulatory and quality support to stakeholders and global projects.
Lead quality projects and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Deliver training and coaching in the specific area of expertise.
Represent the company in associations and provide the company’s position on regulatory topics.
Profile & Skills University degree in food science or related fields.
5+ years in regulatory & quality of a food company, ideally in the confectionary industry.
Experience of working on food regulatory compliance in several countries (USA, EU and Asia).
Project management experience and the ability to deal with complexity.
Experience in designing and implementing projects in a decentralized organization.
