Job Title and Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the coordination and execution of branding and B2B demand generation initiatives supporting company-wide business units including, IT Services, School Education Technology, and Acumatica Cloud ERP.
Essential Job Functions
Drive iTech’s business growth by building marketing plans that are aligned with the company’s goals and priorities.
Create an annual marketing plan and budget.
Maintain CRM and contact databases through practices, strategies, and technologies that enhance customer interactions and data analysis.
Maintain the company's branding basics and materials, enabling the Sales team and establishing presence across various platforms.
Focus on building a strong digital presence; coordinate with different vendors and oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO and social media.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Select local and national events, tradeshows, advertisements, and campaigns aimed at demand generation and contract expansion.
Create content and compose and send client and prospective client communications.
Analyze marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Design and order promotional items and manage outsourced vendors and resources.
Attend industry events and trainings.
Partner with other departments (ERP, MSP, iTech for Schools) to create and distribute marketing content.
Collaborate and coordinate with team members and representatives of partner solutions.
Assist in related areas that support the company’s growth.
Contribute to the company’s overall success by lending expertise where needed.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior marketing experience specifically in IT and/or ERP software industry.
Expertise in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva.
Knowledgeable of AI tools to streamline content creation, SEO, and copywriting.
A passion for marketing backed by creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of four (4) years prior experience as Marketing Manager or high potential individual contributor.
Ability to understand our brand identity and convey this brand throughout marketing mediums.
Experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Modules with an ability to run campaigns and manage leads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
Strong project management capabilities to drive multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, time management, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed for company events and trainings.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary package, plus benefits $80,000-$100,000 OTE (USD70,000 - 85,000 base + $10,000-15,000 annual performance bonus).

Working Conditions
Work Location: If located in Orlando, FL preferred: full-time, hybrid with periodic office visits as needed. Will consider remote located in Central or Eastern Time Zones in the United States.

Travel requirements: Might require domestic travel occasionally for specific meetings or trainings.
