What the job involves Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors, contributing to the overall direction and growth of the company Lead the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including cash flow management Ensure robust risk management and governance frameworks are in place Manage relationships with financial stakeholders, including banks, ensuring optimal financing solutions and terms Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing them with accurate and timely information about the company''s financial performance and strategic direction Oversee and execute transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, to support the company''s growth strategy Lead contract management and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies Supervise the HR, IT, and logistics departments, as well as corporate legal functions, ensuring efficient operations across these areas Plan and establish a central procurement function to streamline purchasing and cost management Manage board related activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Craft and articulate the company''s equity story and develop an exit strategy to maximise shareholder value Who we are looking for University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field with excellent grades Several years of experience as a CFO in mid sized companies, with a proven track record of delivering significant commercial results and driving change Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and performance driven work environment
