About Our Client
Our client, a globally recognized FMCG company in the region of Aargau, is currently looking for an Accounting and Finance Manager that can jump in for a 3 months minimum interim project.
Job Description
Manage the financial and operational accounting for the company, including VAT, internal control systems (IKS), and HFM reporting
Lead the general ledger and sub-ledgers in accordance with IFRS and Swiss commercial and tax laws
Oversee accounting for multiple reporting entities
Manage VAT returns, intercompany transactions, and the creditor workflow
Coordinate the administrative management of overseas offices
Responsible for product cost calculations
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Finance and Accounting with additional studies in Business Administration (focus on Controlling)
3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector
Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/COPA); Hyperion experience is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Leadership experience in a similar position would be a bonus
Demonstrates initiative, takes responsibility for projects and people, and makes quick decisions under risk
Analyzes financial data, discovers patterns, and makes informed decisions
Sets clear goals, organizes resources, and manages time effectively
