Job Description
* Manage and analyze financial data, preparing financial and accounting reports for multiple client legal entities.
* Organize and maintain financial and accounting documentation for all clients.
* Prepare internal financial reports for management on an ad-hoc basis.
* Coordinate monthly with external accounting firms to support and prepare financial reports for clients.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong ability and motivation to work accurately and efficiently with numbers.
* Fluency in English and good command of German.
* Basic knowledge and interest in finance, banking, or family office work are essential.
* Initial accounting knowledge (experience with Swiss GAAP is an advantage).
* Excellent Excel skills are required.
* Experience with Abacus software is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
