Our client is a globally renown financial institution in Basel. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help drive the optimisation and integration of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD.
Job Description
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR Business Analyst with a strong HR Generalist background, capable of leading HR projects related to data, processes, and systems. The role demands expertise in cross-functional teamwork, strong collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, customer service, and a results-driven approach.
Project Delivery & Ongoing Implementation
* Act as a lead coordinator for business analysis across HR streams, ensuring seamless process integration and execution.
* Oversee change management activities, ensuring effective adoption and integration of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
* Manage roadmap discussions related to the HR systems suite, including Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, and Service Management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements, recommending best practices and emerging trends.
* Provide expert guidance on HR technology implementation methodologies and best practice configurations.
* Drive process improvement initiatives, aligning system functionality with business needs.
* Lead Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD functional configurations and document end-to-end process flows.
* Define change management strategies to ensure smooth organisational adoption of new HR solutions.
* Troubleshoot production support issues as part of Hyper Care and coordinate data gathering and cleansing.
* Support the development of training materials and user guidance to enhance knowledge transfer.
Continuous Improvement & System Optimisation
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimise HR operations.
* Deploy new functionalities within Workday and other HR technologies in alignment with business needs.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy, conducting audits and implementing corrective measures.
* Collaborate with HR teams to streamline data management and resolve process inefficiencies.
* Analyse HR data trends and contribute to benchmarking initiatives.
* Support system testing phases, including data preparation for various testing stages.
* Deliver user training for Workday and ServiceNow HRSD to HR administrative teams.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or HRIS departments, ideally across various functions (Recruitment, Talent, HRBP, Operations, etc.).
* Proven expertise in HR system implementation (HRIS, ATS, Talent Management systems).
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a keen ability to identify HR data trends.
* Technological proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and the agility to learn new platforms quickly.
* Experience in HR data maintenance, change management, and project support for HR system rollouts.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive HR data and processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and HR best practices.
* Hands-on experience supporting HR data management initiatives across multiple client groups.
* Involvement in system testing phases and training content development for HR processes.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
* Familiarity with a broad range of HR systems and processes.
* Knowledge of HR compliance, GDPR, and legal frameworks.
* Experience with Workday HCM Advanced Solutions administration.
