We are currently hiring for CFS (Customer Fulfillment Center) Warehouse Assistant for FIFA. This newly created role is primarily positioned to provide expert Warehouse Management site services within the customer environment. The role requires presence in FIFA head office in Zurich.
What You will do:
* General warehouse management processes, expertise in stock management of all assets stored at the customer's location
* Recording of inbound and outbound hardware as requested by the customer
* Full Asset management for new and existing customer hardware using Lenovo’s/customer warehouse tool.
* Prepare hardware for delivery to customer sites for events and tournaments. Prepare shipping documents for shipments through the FIFA logistics team.
* Work with the customer to arrange collection of hardware once the events have ended.
* Prepare assets for deployment based on customer requirement/request
* Provide accurate reports on all activities performed at this centre on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.
* Develop, analyze and maintain tools that support and automate warehouse management
* Actively assess/contribute to the continuous improvement of work, standards, processes, and methodologies
What we expect from You:
* 3 - 5+ years of experience in a similar role within supply chain/warehouse management (preferably technical field)
* Able to problem solve and think laterally.
* Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Ability to commit and hold to delivery dates, but also work with agility and speed to respond to short-notice requests
* Customer-oriented.
* Experience with WMS, SAP.
* Fluent in English; German language would be an advantage.
