Job Description: Customer Service/ Logistics Planner
Tasks:
Manage order processing and invoicing
Liaise with the Purchasing, Finance and Tax departments on site to perform customer planning activities
Receipt and processing of supplier invoices
Issue invoices to requested contracts and export documents
Coordinate returns to procurement sites
Arrange transportation of products between manufacturing sites and coordinate import/export activities
Report transportation incidents on shipments
Maintain client, contract and reference data
Liaise with global/regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches and change control
Liaise with QC
Perform all transactions related to systems, applications and products (SAP) in a compliant manner
Provide supporting documents for financial audits
Profile:
Diploma in Supply Chain
Very good knowledge of IT systems including SAP
3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry in a multinational environment
Proven customer service experience, accurate and timely order processing and invoicing
Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
Experience in logistics at a multinational company working in an export department
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BMS organization and external business customers and suppliers
Knowledge of distribution in the supply chain
Fluent in English and Italian
