Job Description:
You will be working closely with customers to integrate our solutions into their development pipelines.
* Integration Tasks:
* Technical integration with developer IDE, ALMs, and Continuous Integration chain
* Integration to software lifecycle (SCM, build, test)
* Integration to existing business applications (identity provider, database, etc.)
Troubleshooting and Resolution:
* Drive technical issues to resolution
* Conducting an in-depth technical investigation
* Managing customer relationships
Collaboration and Feedback:
* Collaborate with Sales and Consultants
* Improve overall customer experience
* Making sure that our Service offering brings maximum value to our customers
Teamwork and Communication:
* Work with the rest of the team
* Listen, challenge, and refine customers feedback
* Feed discussions with product teams and shape product evolutions
Required Skills:
* Software engineering best practices
* At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting, or maintaining and delivering high-quality software
* 2+ years experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline
* Working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies
* Investigation skills to understand problems in their context
* Excellent English, verbal/written communication skills
