Key Responsibilities
* Develop existing business strategies to reach new markets and expand the customer base;
* Contact clients via phone and mail for sales purposes;
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
* Understand and memorize company offerings, technology, and products;
* Provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns;
* Educate prospects/customers about product features, benefits, and terminology to drive engagement;
* Perform administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence.
Requirements
* Fluent proficiency in German and English (full working proficiency);
* Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
* Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to adapt to our team culture approach;
* Works effectively in a matrix organization.
