As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing our marketing department and working directly with the team to drive our company's marketing initiatives. Your expertise will span across various marketing aspects, including strategy, product, CRM, social media, events, rewards/recognition, and PR. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand messaging and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. This position will require close collaboration with the teams across Europe, attendance at local events, and working closely with the CEO on the roll-out strategy of new markets.
Tasks
* Marketing Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and inspire the marketing department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members, establishing an effective team structure that balances global and local market needs. Support recruitment efforts to build a talented, diverse marketing team capable of achieving ambitious goals.
* Strategic Marketing Development:
Create and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals. Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
* Performance Metrics & ROI:
Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts. Regularly analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
* Market & Industry Expertise:
Provide expert insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices. Keep up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies and tools to continuously improve the company’s marketing approach.
* New Market Expansion:
Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to develop and implement market entry strategies for new regions. Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges in new market roll-outs. Create templates for market launches, refining them based on success metrics and feedback.
* Communication & Field Programs:
Develop and implement field programs, in partnership with sales and training teams, to drive growth and sales across all markets. Ensure programs are on-brand, in-field language, and designed to motivate and engage. Craft key brand messages tailored to field needs, maintaining a consistent tone of voice, particularly in product communication and business opportunities.
* Recognition & Incentive Programs:
Design inspiring recognition programs with clear communication strategies and fulfillment of rewards. Manage incentive trips, ensuring exceptional venue selection and strict budget management.
* Brand Initiatives & Experiences:
Drive key brand initiatives, such as At Home experiences and Salons, to enhance and showcase the company’s unique selling propositions (USPs) while maintaining brand integrity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Direct Selling/ Multilevel Marketing Industry.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-oriented approach and adherence to deadlines.
* Creativity: Excellent eye for detail and instinct into what consumers want, with the ability to communicate both written and orally to sell into internal departments and external partners.
* Office 365: Excel and PowerPoint skills a must.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
* Flexibility: Must love problem solving, and being able to pivot in a start-up environment, but with the experience to add new processes and ways of working.
* Languages: Proficiency in English and preferably a second language.
