Global Product Marketing Manager/Specialist

We seek an ambitious Global Product Marketing Manager/Specialist to lead marketing strategy for our Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit.
Key objectives:
1. Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the business unit's growth plan, working closely with product line managers, sales team, and business development manager.
2. Create promotional materials to support sales activities for new and existing products.
3. Collaborate with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team for trade shows and manage preparation and coordination with Business Unit teams.
4. Support product line managers and sales team in developing product economics.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a growth-focused marketing strategy in collaboration with business development manager, product line managers, and sales organization.
2. Define product market introduction plans with business development manager and product line managers, supporting worldwide sales network implementation.
3. Design promotional materials for sales activities, including commercial brochures, presentations, videos, animations, e-learning modules, and content for website and social media.
4. Analyze competitor products to support product line managers and sales team in promoting new and existing products.
5. Establish e-learning modules to reinforce product knowledge among worldwide sales team.
6. Maintain product documentation for intranet and corporate use.
7. Coordinate trade show participation within the business unit and align with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team.
8. Manage the business unit's marketing budget.
9. Contribute to annual strategy review meetings.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
2. Further education in industrial product marketing.
3. At least 8 years of international experience in sales and product marketing in industrial B2B environment.
4. Proven track record in product marketing, driving key stakeholders across the organization.
5. Experience as a successful product marketing manager.
6. Familiarity with at least one of the following industries: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility.
7. Understanding of DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
8. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to develop compelling communication strategies based on technical rationale.
11. Proven ability to think creatively and resolve problems.
12. Experienced in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
13. Fluency in English is mandatory; French and German are desirable.
