A subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group and Capgemini, Azqore is an international company specializing in the outsourcing of Information Systems and Banking Operations Processing for private banking institutions.
We provide our clients with an Integrated Information System (S2i), along with a comprehensive range of digital banking services and products. We also handle our clients' Back Office operations from two hubs, in Switzerland and Singapore. As of 2020, Azqore manages €200 billion in assets represented by approximately thirty banks.
Our Human Resources department is recruiting to support the development of Azqore Singapour.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Singapore will work in a collaborative environment. He/She will have a dual reporting line: functionally to the Head of Talent Acquisition in Switzerland and hierarchically to the HR Manager in Singapore. This role also involves collaborating with a multi-site team to share best practices.
The anticipated start date for this position is from May 2025.
? Your Responsibilities
You will be involved throughout the recruitment cycle from job postings on various channels, analyzing applications, to the final selection.
You will be responsible for a recruitment portfolio and will receive support to become autonomous in the recruitment processes assigned to you. Your tasks will include:
• Posting job advertisements for your assigned portfolio across various platforms,
• Managing applications,
• Implementing direct approaches through sourcing candidates on specialized sites when necessary,
• Conducting pre-qualification interviews with candidates,
• Organizing interviews and following up on applications throughout the recruitment process,
• Assisting with the assessment process according to the defined strategy for each position,
• Ensuring quality follow-up on your assigned portfolio and reporting on your activities,
• Keeping track of files and reporting on your activities.
You will also have a transversal role through the following tasks:
• Creating a talent pool for recurring recruitment needs,
• Contributing to the local employer branding,
• Participating in specialized forums to meet potential candidates and promote Azqore.

? About the Recruitment Process?
• You will have an initial phone conversation with someone from the HR team.
• Following this conversation, if there is mutual interest, you will have an interview with the manager (video).
• If the manager interview is conclusive, you will meet the functional manager on-site in Lausanne (this will also be an opportunity to meet your future colleagues).
• You will also complete a behavioral analysis test (PULSIONS) if you progress in the selection process.
• For the final step of the process, there will be an interview with the HR Director.
