Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Talent team in various functions, such as staffing and deployment planning for a group of consultants, coordinating training, and conducting performance evaluations.
2. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
3. Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding professional development inquiries.
4. Collaborate closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to ensure effective consultant availability planning.
5. Prepare and document performance evaluations for consultant teams.
6. Collect necessary data, liaise with the evaluation committee, ensure feedback quality control, and manage updates.
7. Facilitate the promotion process by gathering recommendations, preparing documents, and supporting leadership discussions.
8. Act as a key advisor on consultant professional development, offering guidance on career progression, skill development, and performance improvement.
9. Independently prepare key documents such as contract amendments, employment certificates, and confirmations.
10. Provide support for various Talent-related projects.
Minimum Requirements
1. University degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or talent management.
3. Specific experience in workforce planning is a strong asset.
4. Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or recruitment is a must.
5. Fluency in both German and English and enjoyment of teamwork.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Workday is a plus.
7. High level of flexibility, commitment, and quality awareness.
8. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a precise and structured way of working.
9. Service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
10. Creativity, humor, and a positive attitude.
