Our team consists of 10 finance experts, working in an inclusive and collaborative environment. You will report to the Manager of Finance Business Partnering, based at our head office in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.Your main focus will be on the Fabrication and Yards units, located primarily in Heijningen. Key responsibilities include:Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling• Translate fabrications and yards business units’ strategy into financial plans and control it via the performance KPIs, value-added reporting to the management;• Steer the financial cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) in close collaboration with the budget owners and a special focus on projects’ cost efficiencies, overheads, CAPEX, and inventory;• Estimate, challenge, and control projects’ budget in close collaboration with the fabrication business unit and Allseas’ Project Management department;• Provide data-driven insights, analytics, and business cases to support decision-making (using both internal and external data);• Challenge the status quo, identify and implement cost and cash efficiency opportunities to contribute to business results.GL Accounting• Manage the revenue recognition activities in line with accounting policies and procedures;• Oversee monthly closing activities in close collaboration with the Financial accounting department;• Support the Financial accounting department with external and internal financial auditing activities;• Safeguard data integrity and compliance with financial standards and accounting policies.What we expect from youYou are entrepreneurial and get energy from working on a wide range of finance business partnering activities.
