Important notes What impact do you have? You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs. Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory. You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures. Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions. Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions. What do you offer? Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) IT Specialist 3 to 5 years experience in IT Support or Service Desks roles and end user support French (fluent) English (excellent knowledge) German (beneficial) Solid knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and cloud solution (Office 365, Azure, Intune). Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira. Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration. A valid Category B driving license.
