* Verify employee master data and be the contact person for TimeSheets support
* Coordination and provision of weekly and monthly TimeSheets
* Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations
* Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to projects
* Optimize and develop offshoring processes in the finance area
* Monitor costs and internal allocations (Reconciliation)
* Act as a deputy for the Travel Desk
This is what makes you successful
* Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E / M) or equivalent education
* 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
* Good MS Office skills and familiarity with MS Excel
* Fluency in German and English (required)
* Motivated and communicative personality
* Responsible and independent way of working with a strong flair for numbers
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a high service and solution orientation
