**Head of Business Development at Centralsoft**
We are a dynamic and innovative software company committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our reach and capabilities, we seek a seasoned Head of Business Development to spearhead our Marketing, Sales, and Growth efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategies that support our business objectives and promote growth.
* Lead, inspire, and manage Sales and Marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Oversee the recruitment and development of Sales and Marketing personnel, ensuring a high-performance team.
* C Coordinate between the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business development.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing role, preferably in the software industry.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
* Excellent strategic thinking, with an ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field could be beneficial.
