About the Role:
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth through strategic outreach? We’re seeking a dynamic BDR to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with teammates, and excels at multi-channel prospecting. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and setting the stage for meaningful client relationships.
What You'll Do:
1. Engage in daily outbound activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through persistent and strategic prospecting.
3. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share insights.
4. Research target accounts to tailor messaging and improve engagement.
5. Track and manage all activities in CRM tools like Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
6. Continuously refine outreach techniques to optimize response rates and conversion.
7. Conduct follow-up activities to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
8. Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and success stories.
9. Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience in sales and prospecting, with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and outbound engagement techniques.
3. Experience conducting in-depth research on prospects and companies to personalize outreach, identify key decision-makers, and uncover business needs.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
5. Familiarity with MEDDPICC and its application in qualifying and advancing sales opportunities.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
7. Proven ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and make compelling introductions in dynamic conversations.
8. Highly motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving and prospect engagement.
9. Demonstrated persistence and resilience in the face of challenges.
10. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
11. Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
12. Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
13. Strong analytical skills to assess outreach effectiveness and optimize strategies.
14. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
15. Fluency in Spanish required.
16. Located in the East Coast.
