Responsibilities: Identify user profiles, tasks, hazard-related use scenarios, usability risks and requirements
Responsible for translating UX research insights, user needs, business requirements and technical requirements into pleasant and efficient User Experiences
Plan and execute formative usability studies
Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior designers supporting them on professional development, output and productivity
Cooperate with the UX and Human Factors team to identify synergies and improve our processes, shared methods and templates
Advocate for accessibility, quality and usability for end-users
Support team members on the usability testing process and methods
Must Haves:
MS in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering or other related technical field
Min. 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with formative evaluations methods, including usability testing
Experience in collecting and analysing physiological and behavioural data
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate know-how, experiences, ideas, solutions and deliverables effectively and persuasively
Knowledge about tools or platforms to automate usability testing
You like to stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to usability testing and other formative evaluation methods
Experienced in planning, executing and documenting usability studies in the medical field is a plus
Fluent in English. Other languages are always a big plus.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge in managing testing participant databases
