This is you
7. Professional experience in being a Scrum Master for software engineering teams working within agile frameworks
8. Experience in the agile transformation of teams and organizations is an advantage
9. A communicative type who knows the way around moderation, coaching and / or conflict management
10. You value trust and transparency and lead by example
11. You have a natural positive personality which is demonstrated through the enthusiasm you bring into our teams
12. You like to promote and establish personal responsibility and self-organization in the Scrum Teams
13. Cultural understanding of cross-located teams, experience with such a setup would be beneficial (willingness to travel max 5% within Europe)
14. Language(s): English fluent, German nice to have
