The Communication Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role encompasses developing and executing integrated campaigns across all business lines, crafting effective media releases, and supporting internal communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment. All activities will be conducted under the direction of the Senior Manager Corporate Communication.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
writing and distributing press releases to media outlets, in alignment with the strategic communication plan;
supporting marketing campaigns by creating content and managing communications;
developing content for the company website, media kit, and presentations;
designing comprehensive patient education material;
supporting social media strategies and initiatives;
assisting in relationships with journalists and media contacts;
conducting comprehensive media monitoring and analysis, delivering detailed reports on social media, news, and publications;
ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms;
managing and organizing team databases and resources.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations;
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a well-organized and structured company;
fluent English language skills. Proficiency in French and/or German is a plus;
proficient in Microsoft Office suite, email communication, and related business and communication software;
experience with content management and email marketing platforms; knowledge of the Hubspot platform is a plus;
experience with project management methodologies and tools.
