Your Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum, ensuring seamless follow-up and organisation.
* Encourage students to develop independent learning skills and explore new pedagogical approaches.
* Use differentiated teaching methods and materials to cater to diverse student needs and interests.
* Prepare students for written and oral German school leaving exams through thorough examination and holistic preparation.
Your Profile
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent legal qualification, ideally specialising in secondary teaching.
* Demonstrate fluency in German and native-level English proficiency.
* Show interest in developing new educational concepts and possess a strong team spirit.
* Act as a positive role model for students and enjoy teaching in a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm for developing and implementing individualised pedagogical concepts that focus on student growth.
