What will you do
The Change and Transformation Senior Manager will support key transformation initiatives in the IT/OT space as part of the Global Tech Ops Business Solutions Team. He/she will support major projects throughout their full life cycle and work on identifying, defining and implementing the related change management actions with the key objective of maximizing stakeholders’ engagement, support project execution and boost adoption. He/she will also drive the implementation of a new target operating model that will streamline activities between IT, Business Solutions and Regional Technical Operations providing improved transparency in both the IT/OT intake and project portfolio management processes.
The role will be in Zug (Switzerland) and will be in close contact with global and regional stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage change management activities, including the creation and update of key change management deliverables (e.g.: change impact assessment, stakeholder matrix, etc.) for key strategic initiatives in the IT/OT space.
* Manage communication activities including the creation of internal websites, newsletters and leadership updates.
* Work with regions to define region-specific communication programs tailored to the different stakeholder needs.
* Support the program leadership to maintain the right level of awareness and engagement of key stakeholders throughout the execution of the key global initiatives.
* Drive the implementation of the new IT/OT operating model across all the impacted functions, identifying and managing additional process improvement opportunities.
* Work with regions to monitor and assess the new status and level of adoption of the new operating model.
* Provide support to Regional Technical Operations leads to deploy processes linked to the implementation of new systems defining a common and replicable change management approach.
* Act as a bridge between the local project team and the global MES team ensuring that key design issues are detected and addressed in a timely fashion.
* Collect project lessons learned and include them in the global MES lessons learned catalogue.
* Ensure that local projects are following proper procedures as per global standards.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
* Master of Science in Engineering, or similar
* Minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain, Finance, IT or relevant functional experience required
* Possesses excellent communication, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
* Strategic planning and disruptive thinking. Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
* Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
* Ability to collaborate within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to lead change and action
* Proven experience in communications and/or change management roles in complex global contexts
* Experience working in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical supply chain environment is preferred
